One thing I love about fasting is how it clears my head. It gets rid of that brain fog that sometimes hangs over me and boosts my creativity. In the last year and 3 months of doing this, I’ve found that I consistently do my best thinking on my fasting night after I get through being a little sluggish in the morning.
