Super busy this week, so I'm just going to leave you with three articles here to check out.

What does all of this have to do with fasting? Glad you asked. Fasting for a day significantly impacts your microbiome. It not only rebalances it, but changes the expression of genes within it. Based on what I've read, I think this one of the biggest reasons the for positive health outcomes that I've experienced. (Another big reason is solving leaky gut...we'll get into that later).
